Focaccia Full Four

Thick, airy, golden, and loaded with flavour. Our focaccia is made in small batches, featuring a golden exterior and a soft, open centre, finished with combinations that are a little indulgent and definitely not shy.

This mixed box of focaccias has a sampling each of our fabulous flavours: 

  - Jalapeño + Aged Cheddar
 Jalapeño, aged cheddar, mayo, and a crispy cheese finish.
  - Confit Garlic + Shallot
Confit garlic, shallots, sun-dried tomatoes, and rosemary.
  - Mortadella + Pesto
Pesto, mascarpone, provolone, and mortadella.
  - Mediterranean
Mediterranean olives, tomatoes, and rosemary.
